The name of\nthe company is removed from the registrar of companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then the company is scrutinized by the government by not accepting certain forms such as<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>SH-07&nbsp;\n&#8212;&nbsp;&nbsp; form submitted to change the\nauthorized capital<\/li><li>PAS-03 \u2013 form submitted to change paid up\ncapital<\/li><li>DIR-12 &nbsp;&#8211;form submitted to enforce change in\ndirectors<\/li><li>INC-22 \u2013 form for the change in registered\noffice address<\/li><li>INC-28 &nbsp;&#8211;form for the process of amalgamation and\ndemerger <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>As we\u2019ve been through the consequences of not filling up the ACTIVE form lets also take a look at all the necessary documents to be submitted for the fulfillment of INC-22A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Heres_what_you_need_to_set_up_the_INC-22A_and_get_it_MCA_ACTIVE_Tagged\"><\/span>Here&#8217;s what you need to set up the INC-22A and get it MCA ACTIVE Tagged.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>The CIN of the Company:<\/strong> This is the certificate of incorporation of the company.<\/li><li><strong>Address of the registered office of the company:<\/strong> This address can be automatically submitted when you submit the CIN of the company.<\/li><li><strong>Location( both latitude and longitude) of the registered office of the company:<\/strong> You will need to geographically loom down the coordinates of your registered address in a digital map and enter them in the form.<\/li><li><strong>Registered email-id and mobile number for verification: <\/strong>And finally, the details of the email-id and mobile number must be entered properly.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Once all these are checked in, the &#8220;send OTP&#8221; Button can be Clicked to Pass the first Stage of Verification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>The number of directors and their details:<\/strong> It should be noted that the DIN of all the mentioned directors must be marked active and the status as \u2018approved&#8217;. <\/li><li><strong>Details of the Auditor:<\/strong> It is necessary for the company to have filed ADT-1 for acquiring the auditor into the business in the year of 2018-2019.<\/li><li><strong>Details of the Cost Auditor:<\/strong> Here, it is mandatory for the business to have registered CRA-2 for the appointment of cost auditor in the financial year of 2018-2019.<\/li><li><strong>Details of CEO, CFO or a key managerial person of the organization:<\/strong> They include Name, Pan and the registered number of the all the specified people in their respective roles.<\/li><li><strong>Details of CS, CA or certifying authority:<\/strong>  The necessary details pertaining to those roles must be submitted along with the form. <\/li><li><strong>Details of AOG-4 and MGT-7 for the financial year of 2017-2018:<\/strong> SRN of the AOG-4 and MGT-7 must be published with this form to get it complied.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>And finally, two really Important Pieces of Attachments are<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>An attachment of the photo of the exterior of the building:<\/strong> This photo must include the signboard along with one of the working directors.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>There are a list of details to be mentioned in the signboard for verification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> Name of the company as in the registrar<\/li><li>The registered address of the company as in the registrar<\/li><li>CIN number<\/li><li>Form compliance<\/li><li>Email-id registered in the ACTIVE form <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>     2. <strong>An attachment of photo with the interior of the building<\/strong>: This photo must include the interior of the working space along with one of the working directors in it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_can_Instaspaces_help_in_filing_INC_22_A_form\"><\/span>How can Instaspaces help in filing INC 22 A form?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We (InstaSpaces) have been in the virtual office business\nfor a while now and we are very good at what we do( bragging rights).
